Manifesto
Here we mark our intentions, which are materialized through the individual and collective actions that define our company. We are the sum of the work we do as a team, hence we are responsible for creating a diverse, inclusive, creative, intelligent, responsible and friendly work environment to grow as professionals and individuals, being proud of what we have built.
We care as much about what we do as how we do it. We want to exceed the goals we set for ourselves, but not at any cost. Our ethics, team well-being and social responsibility must weigh heavily in the decisions we make. A good exercise to keep us on track is to take a long-term view and apply it to our relationships at work, with our customers and our ecosystem. Starting from the long-term thinking model grounds us in our communications, our work as consultants and keeps us aware of the impact of our behaviors and especially our actions.
Hexagon Data Group is dedicated to improve interactions between Customers / Consumers and Brands / Companies, through the good use of information and Artificial Intelligence, Marketing and Advertising technologies. We humanize the experiences that people have with different brands. This means that we use data to create long-term relationships between people and brands, generating conversations with context and relevance.
In line with this idea, or mission, the main competencies we want to measure and develop are: Be Hexpert, Be Hexcellent, Be Hextraordinary.
Be Hexpert: To become an expert, one must maintain a hunger for knowledge. Experts have a strong foundation in their area of expertise, mixed with their own experience of working and having solved multiple problems related to that area of knowledge. An expert is curious, likes to test and learn and does not wait to be handed everything digested.
Be Hexcellent: Excellence is a broad concept, but it comes from the desire to be better every day and to know that we are doing everything we can to satisfy customers, how to deliver on time and in full. To be excellent at work we must exceed customer expectations, so it is essential to know what they expect from us.
Be Hextraordinary: Being extraordinary is about being aware of the impact we have, not only with our clients but also with our team. It is about sharing knowledge, being proactive, positive and finding ways to solve all kinds of obstacles. Delivering is good, but being extraordinary is even better!
Finally, one of our core values is to "Create more value than you capture" (Tim O'Reilly). By operating under this mantra we ensure that we 1. understand what is of value to the people we work with, 2. are willing to deliver what we know and go the extra mile. At Hexagon Data, we want to create strong personal, professional and business relationships that contribute positively to everyone's life. We are committed to do our best to meet and exceed the expected expectations of our services, which address the needs of both customers and users, suppliers and end-consumers. We want the companies that hire us to succeed in managing their data to grow their business. Likewise, we want to do business with people who share our principles and values aimed at responsible business conduct.
Communication is paramount to any human relationship, so on our part it will be clear, direct and continuous. It is important to remember that "in the receiving, there is the giving". We encourage you to have the confidence to open the communication channel. We are interested in your opinion and we believe that any doubt or suggestion is very important.
This Policy applies to Hexagon Data Group, its customers, suppliers and any third party with whom it has or is in the process of having a business relationship. When we refer to "Hexagon Data Group" or "our company" we mean Hexagon Data, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Hexagon Data Colombia, S.A.S., Agradecemos Tu Pago, S.A.P.I. de C.V., and their affiliates, understood as any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled or is under common control.We invite you to read this Policy carefully and to commit to the provisions herein!
Mission
Hexagon Data Group's mission is to make consumer data the foundation for great experiences.
Vision
Our vision is to be the benchmark company in consumer data best practices that bring transparency to the entire marketing value chain. We want to improve the results of advertising investment in any channel and enable the delivery of quality content, both with a truly user-focused experience.
Values
In Hexagon Data Group these values are the pillar of our people and company. We believe that in all our activities, adherence to these values must prevail in order to create strong personal and professional bonds.
a. Respect
We listen before we speak. No one is more or less than anyone else. We respect diverse points of view, sexual orientation, cultural, racial and social differences. Being respectful also includes doing things right, being well-intentioned, being on time (respecting other people's time), accomplishing tasks and expressing ourselves correctly with team members and our customers.
Given the volume and type of data we work with, we must always keep respect for privacy in mind. Treat others as you want to be treated.
b. Responsibility and honesty
We are responsible and honest with what we deliver, what we provide is transparency and we never "make up". For us, honesty is part of our culture, so we must have the ability and tranquility to act honestly. This includes expressing ourselves in a direct but always well-intentioned way.
c. Dynamism and flexibility
We are flexible but focused. There is always something we can improve on. We like to make things happen, rather than wait for them to arrive. We need to be able to adapt to what the business asks of us as individuals, teams and as a company.
d. Trust
We understand that trust is earned every day and lost in one action. We are in the business of trust. Our clients require a company they can trust to reach their goals and expand their knowledge. We sometimes make decisions for them and they should always have the peace of mind of knowing that we are thinking about what is best for them in the long term. That their interests come before ours.

NON-DISCRIMINATION
At Hexagon Data Group we do not accept discrimination of any kind. We are against discrimination and harassment. We treat people equally and fairly, we are inclusive and respectful, we do not harass or bully. We are based on the principle of NON-discrimination, equal opportunities, without distinctions related to race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national or social origin, political opinion, age or disability.
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
Any type of harassment or bullying, i.e., any unrequited or unwanted comment, gesture, action, suggestion, symbol and/or physical contact is prohibited. For example, those related to personal, sexual and labor harassment, including those acts that could be considered denigrating, humiliating, intimidating, mistreatment and threats of a physical, verbal or psychological nature.

NO TO CHILD AND FORCED LABOR
We have a zero tolerance policy for child labor and forced labor. At Hexagon Data Group we recognize and protect the rights of children in accordance with current legislation as well as the United Nations "International Bill of Human Rights" and the standards on child labor established by the International Labor Organization.
Forced labor is work that is performed without the will of the person who performs it and/or without due remuneration. At Hexagon Data Group we duly compensate each worker for their work, and we also recognize and protect each of their rights.
ENVIRONMENT
Together we take care of the planet!
We strive to reduce our negative impact on the environment. In our physical offices we have guidelines that aim to minimize environmental impact, such as recycling measures, garbage separation, avoiding single-use plastics, encouraging the use of thermoses, reusable containers and sustainable materials, and prioritizing energy savings. As for the home office (work at home), we invite all personnel to continue with these measures from their homes.
We have in place a program called Green Frontier through which we generate a forum for discussion, learning and promotion of sustainable environmental practices aimed at reducing our environmental footprint and contribute a little to the mitigation of the environmental crisis we are experiencing. We hope that each member of the Hexagon Data Group will contribute their bit for the benefit of the environment.
WE DO BUSINESS WITH EXCELLENCE
We respect national laws, regulations and standards, as well as the international legislation that applies to us. We adopt best practices and proactively join the global trend of personal data protection based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
FAIR COMPETITION
We support free competition and applaud fair competition!
It is our mission to be leaders in the management and optimization of consumer data to improve the experience and results of advertising investment but always based on the laws of economic competition. Specifically in the marketing industry, it is important to promote transparent marketing campaigns and market segmentation to respect the privacy of users while preserving transparency with the customer.
At Hexagon Data Group we compete fairly without adopting aggressive practices to gain competitive advantages dishonestly; on the contrary, we are committed to both our customers and their consumers. Accordingly, we encourage data management with respect for individuals, always keeping in mind the protection of user data.
INTERNATIONAL TRADE
We are committed to conducting business in compliance with applicable international laws and regulations wherever we do business. This includes compliance with all export control restrictions, economic embargoes and sanctions, anti-boycott, customs, product/country of origin marking and other trade controls in force wherever we do business. We act in compliance with U.S., Canadian, European Union and United Nations regulations.
RULES TO COMBAT CORRUPTION
At Hexagon Data Group we conduct lawful activities and promote an ethical culture among all stakeholders. We extend these measures to all individuals and companies with whom we have any type of commercial and/or business relationship. Please read carefully the following rules that are pillars to prevent corruption.
No bribery
We do not permit bribery of any kind at any time. At Hexagon Data Group, we do not offer, promise, deliver, authorize, solicit or accept any improper advantage, financial or otherwise, in any way related to the entire business and within our internal and external relationships. As a company, we do not engage in such activities nor do we tolerate such activities by our employees.
Specifically, bribes are prohibited in relation to public officials at the international, national or local level, as well as to political parties, party officials or candidates for political office and in relation to directors, officers or employees of our customers, suppliers and/or interested third parties. Especially if it is related to the assignment of a project.
Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
We do not facilitate transactions with resources of illicit origin (money laundering), financing of terrorism and other activities of illicit origin. In addition, we do not do business with individuals, entities and companies that are linked to or subject to legal proceedings for committing these crimes. In order to prevent these types of activities, we only do business with individuals, entities and companies that are in compliance with their tax obligations.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
We avoid conflicts between business and personal interests. At Hexagon Data Group, each member has the responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of the company and/or the business relationship. A conflict of interest can be reflected when a client or supplier works with a family member, friend or acquaintance in Hexagon Data Group and that fact influences to the detriment of the business relationship between the companies.
If a conflict of interest may exist or appear to exist, we ask for transparency and communication of the situation in order to determine the appropriate actions. On our part, if we become aware of an interest to the detriment of the company, customers and/or suppliers, we will report it immediately.
HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
WORK TEAM
All members of the Hexagon Data Group team play a key role in the company. As a team, we achieve the goals and projections we have planned for Hexagon Data Group. Together we can make data generate social and environmental impact, in addition to creating real value and economic growth.
We are a company that seeks the integral development of its participants and encourages proactive work and results, sometimes through financial compensation. We want them to obtain a satisfactory experience of personal and professional growth. The objective is to create an optimal work environment for all members; in this sense, the following measures are adopted:
- All of them have an employment contract, in accordance with the law.
- Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We rely on a non-discrimination policy for hiring and throughout the relationship.
- Each worker is financially compensated for his or her work; we do not engage in forced labor or slavery for any reason.
- We do not employ minors.
For Hexagon Data Group the team is the most important thing, so we do not tolerate any disrespect or mistreatment directed to any member of it. Individual principles and values are priority. If a third party commits an offense in this regard, the relationship with Hexagon Data Group may be affected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We undertake to respect and ensure the protection of the intellectual property of our customers, suppliers, and/or interested third parties, which is made available to us, licensed to us and/or of which we have knowledge within the contractual and/or business relationship.
At Hexagon Data Group our work is protected by intellectual property rights that apply to, but are not limited to, our trademarks, logos, image, products, trade secrets, software, know-how, confidential information and innovations, as well as any development, algorithm, model, line of code made within Hexagon Data Group. They are among our most important assets as they represent a competitive advantage and enhance our reputation.
During your relationship with Hexagon Data Group, we may implement measures to protect our intellectual property. We also ask that you respect the intellectual property rights of others. We invite you to contact our Legal Affairs area for more information.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
At Hexagon Data Group we are committed to protecting the interests of the owner as well as providing full transparency and clarity regarding the use we make of your data. In addition to complying with applicable laws, we work to develop self-regulatory measures that serve as a benchmark for best practices in the interactive marketing and digital advertising industry. We proactively rely on the highest standards set forth by international leaders such as the GDPR and the CCPA. In other words, we want to create a culture of handling personal and non-personal data that reflects how we would like other companies to handle our data.
We protect the personal data and privacy of our customers, consumers, users, suppliers, staff and interested third parties. In our Privacy Notice we explain how we treat personal data.
Internal data protection measures
We take the protection of the data at our disposal seriously. By the nature of our business we may have access to customer and user data. Our commitment is to look after the interests of all stakeholders and in keeping with this the Hexagon Data Group team is subject to various Security Policies.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Due to business activities we are constantly in contact with confidential information, both internal and external. Therefore, we maintain strict confidentiality with any information you share with us, except for the exceptions provided by applicable law. At the same time, we ask the same level of commitment from everyone involved.
Confidential information may include, but is not limited to, ideas, formulas, databases, standards, articles, studies, brochures, publications, manuals, systems, procedures, reports, technical reports, minutes, know how, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, software, licenses, data, inventions, algorithms, techniques, processes, marketing plans and projects, advertising, strategies, forecasts, confidential information of third parties, or any other technical, economic, business or other information.
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The accounts, books, records and financial statements accurately reflect all transactions carried out on behalf of the company and comply with the requirements of applicable regulations. Expenditures must be supported at all times and it is prohibited to distort the nature of any transaction or falsify documentation. We keep documents in accordance with applicable regulations. In the same sense of honesty, this information must never be "made up" or modified for the benefit of the company. It is what it is.
YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY
At Hexagon Data Group we trust all the people and companies we do business with. We believe that if we form a relationship it is because we share the same ethical principles and values. However, it is important to mention that in the event that an offense is committed, it will be evaluated and the consequence may vary in relation to the severity of the offense.
It is everyone's responsibility to respect and observe the conduct referred to in this Policy. If you are subject to, observe or become aware of any conduct that goes against the provisions herein, please report it immediately to the Administration, which can be contacted at any time at the following e-mail address compliance@hexagondata.io.
The CFO will be the first point of contact who will be in charge of investigating the event, consider the necessary confidentiality measures and analyze the seriousness of the event. Together with the Directors, they will proceed to issue a resolution and take appropriate action. We are committed to objectively, responsibly, promptly and thoroughly investigate such a report. The confidentiality of all parties involved will be maintained at all times.
Hexagon Data Group reserves the right to determine the type of consequence it will apply to conduct that is contrary to the provisions of this Policy and applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the misconduct constitutes a criminal act, it will be referred to the relevant authorities and Hexagon Data Group is subject to their decisions.
