To this end, we face several challenges:

Project The project was divided into 3 stages:

• Discovery PhaseDesign Thinking workshops, interviews, focus groups and co-creation sessions to understand the real needs of each type of audience in order to define a backlog and order the actions to be carried out at the functional, design and content levels.
• Development phase: we provided support to the technical team involved and the contents were uploaded.
• Launching phaseWe helped the client to communicate the existence of this new portal, through a communication campaign, since the new brand image had to provide each country with independence in communication, but under a global umbrella.
