Creation of a global engagement portal

The Challenge Create and establish relationships with its main stakeholders in order to help them highlight their innovative positioning with a clear focus on the patient and their real needs

In order to do this, we faced several challenges:​

• Create a portal on an international level​
• Create a portal that meets the needs of different types of audiences: investors, journalists, doctors, researchers and talent. In addition, it had to reflect and transmit that focus on people and patients. To achieve that, it was very important to carry out a prior analysis to find out the real needs of the different types of audiences and to define the type of personalization and valuable content that could really generate engagement.​
• Create an efficient, easy-to-contribute and governable portal, in accordance with the needs of the different countries.

The Project The project was divided into three stages: discovery, development and launch

• ​Discovery stage: we conducted different types of design thinking workshops, interviews, focus groups and co-creation sessions to understand the real needs of each type of audience in order to define a backlog and order the actions to be carried out at a functional, design and content level.​
• Development stage: we provided support to the technical team involved and the content was developed.​
• Launch stage: we helped the client to communicate the existence of this new portal, through a communication campaign, as the new brand image had to provide each country with independence in communication, but under one global umbrella.​

Results In just 6 months…

We defined and created a corporate website ‘on time‘ with respect to the deadlines set (in just 6 months) aimed at 6 audiences with very differing needs.​

We delivered an efficient and easy-to-contribute CMS: maximum knowledge of the CMS technology and its functionalities, extending the ‘useful life’ of the new website to the maximum while increasing productivity by defining an efficient governance model to promote easy loading of content and scalability at an international level.
