Wealth Wizards is an English company specializing in financial product contracting advice that, through its algorithmic analysis technology based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Wealth Wizards helps many financial institutions select the products that offer the best performance for their clients.
His next step was to advise the end consumer by launching his application MyEvaThe business model required new processes to support the exponential growth potential of the B2C market.
The project We proposed a solution with the Salesforce platform as the basis of the project and the implementation of several of its modules.
After analyzing the needs of Wealth Wizards, the VASS UK and NATEEVO Spain teams proposed a solution with the Salesforce platform as the basis of the project and the implementation of several of its modules:
- CRM for your customer relationship
- Pardot for communication with your B2B customers
- Marketing Cloud for communication with your B2B customers
- Social Studio for centralized management of your publications and active listening on social networks
In addition to completing the project in six weeks, which was already a challenge in itself, we encountered additional challenges such as:
- Evolve the project in parallel to the company's changes to support its change of business model.
- Implement a solution that would allow their business team to implement new customer interaction models without the need for support from other internal or external teams.
Solving a project with so many teams, in such a short time and with internal processes in constant evolution was a very difficult challenge, which we solved by implementing an agile methodology based on SCRUM, slightly adapted to the idiosyncrasies of the client with a majority of non-technical profiles.
Results After the implementation of Salesforce and the modules, the goal was for the client to be completely autonomous, which we solved with:
- Training sessions of Salesforce tools and modules.
- Specific sessions of customized project training, reviewing all your processes, as well as support when implementing future ones.
- Complete documentation of the tasks performed
The trainings were conducted with each delivery of the project, which allowed us to accompany them throughout the learning process and to make it incremental.
