NATEEVO and Action Against Hunger: Inclusive and Multicultural Workforces
Adriana RaposoNATEEVO's Director of People & Talent, has participated in "Diversity and Inclusion: Realities and good business practices".The event was attended by more than 100 people and was organized by Acción Contra el Hambre in the framework of the Global Alliances for Tolerance program, financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration with the collaboration of the Employment Agency of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, to raise awareness of the importance of achieving the following goals inclusive and multicultural workforces.
Achieving this challenge is essential, not only for the personal and professional growth of all employees, but also to address problems from multiple perspectives.

Company self-diagnosis questionnaire
The meeting also served to present the companies' self-diagnosis questionnaire and to learn about their perception of inclusion and tolerance.
The results have revealed that 82% of the companies surveyed consider that they maintain a cultural approachThe company's employees, but have great difficulty in finding the resources and candidates that fit the job and support in talent management.
